What is your return policy?
You can return a product within 30 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Exchanges are free – we will send the new product free of charge. Returns must include a tracking number (Track & Trace).
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). The package is then usually delivered within 1-8 business days. The total delivery time is therefore 2-10 business days.
