What is your return policy?
You can return a product within 30 days. The customer bears the return shipping costs. An exchange is free – we send the new product for free. Returns must include a tracking number (Track & Trace).
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Afterwards, the package is usually delivered within 1–8 business days. The total delivery time is therefore 2–10 business days.
