Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently, we only deliver within Germany.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free and secure shipping for all orders within Germany.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (Track & Trace). This allows you to track your delivery online at any time.
How long does the processing and delivery of my order take?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour after placing – as long as the order has not yet been processed.
Please send an email to info@zweimode.de with the subject: Cancellation + Order Number.
Can I change my order?
Yes, for example if you chose the wrong size. Write as soon as possible to info@zweimode.de with the subject: Change + order number and specify the desired change.

Where is Zwei Mode located?
Zwei Mode is based in the Netherlands (Oosterstraat 64, Stadskanaal), from where all business operations and customer service are organized. However, the online shop is entirely aimed at German customers.
Why does Zwei Mode have a Dutch address?
Our company is registered in the Netherlands because we are based there. However, all orders, deliveries, returns, and customer service are focused on the German market.
